How it Works - A simple process

 Tell us about your project and upload any sketches, photos, or plans. 

 Select the service you need and pay securely online. 

You send us your info pack: measurements, estate agents plans, overall external photos

Your drawings will be prepared and sent to you by email. We produce a first draft, then refine with your feedback. We submit the planning application on your behalf. 

This is a fully remote service, so we work from the information you upload including estate agent plans, measurements and photos. For more complex properties or where accurate plans are not available, a measured survey carried out by a surveyor may be required.
