Choose your Service:
1- Planning Drawings Only
Ideal if you are happy to submit the planning application yourself.
Includes:
- Existing and proposed planning drawings
- One round of minor amendments
- PDF issue for planning submission
Fee: £850
No VAT charged
2- Planning Drawings + Application (Recommended)
A complete service where we prepare your drawings and handle the full planning application on your behalf.
Includes:
• Planning drawings
• Planning application preparation
• Planning submission
Fee: £1,150
No VAT charged
Important: While every effort is made to maximise the chances of approval, we cannot guarantee that planning consent will be granted.
Excludes: Local Authority application fee (usually £613). These fees are paid directly by you to the Local Authority.
What happens next:
